The Petal Factory deliver to the following suburbs: Bendigo, Bendigo CBD, Ascot, California Gully, Eaglehawk, Eaglehawk North, East Bendigo, Epsom, Ironbark, Flora Hill, Golden Square, Golden Gully, Longlea, Junortoun, Kangaroo Flat, Kennington, Long Gully, Maiden Gully, North Bendigo, Quarry Hill, Sailors Gully, Spring Gully, Strathdale, Strathfieldsaye, West Bendigo, White Hills, Sutton Grange, Mandurang, Mandurang South, Lockwood, Lockwood South and Heathcote. If you require flowers to be delivered outside of these suburbs, please call us at the shop on 03 5443 5519 to discuss this. Flower delivery costs will vary depending on the location of the recipient and is calculated by the KM distance from our Bridge Street location.

Monday-Friday Deliveries
Same day delivery for deliveries on Monday-Friday is available on orders placed by 12:30pm on that day. For priority delivery within Bendigo and surrounding suburbs, please call the shop on 03 5443 5519 to discuss a specific time.
Please be advised that all orders placed after 12:30pm will be dispatched the following business day or the day that has been requested at the time of ordering.

Saturday Deliveries
All deliveries on a Saturday will be delivered between 11AM-3PM and if you require delivery outside of this time, please call the shop on 03 5443 5519 to discuss a specific time. Additional charges may apply.

Sunday & Public Holiday Deliveries
The Petal factory will only deliver on a Sunday if Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day falls on this day.
The Petal Factory will only deliver on a Public Holiday if it has been arranged prior to ordering. A time-frame is not guaranteed in the event of a Public Holiday delivery.

No one home to accept the order
If there is no one at the property to accept the “item(s)/product(s)/flower(s)/hamper(s)” the courier will return to the shop with the “item(s)/product(s)/flower(s)/hamper(s)” and to avoid any unnecessary costs to you (re-delivery fee) there will be a notice at the door or letter box, advising the recipient that we have attempted to deliver their flowers and that they are to enter our shop to collect the delivery between 4:00PM – 6:00PM to collect their order.

Safety
To ensure we can safely deliver your purchase please let us know in the notes section if there are access requirements. These requirements might be a locked gate, an aggressive dog, long driveway etc. To ensure the safety and well-being of our delivery driver, if there is an aggressive dog on the premises, The Petal Factory will not deliver the item and it will be returned to the shop and you will be contacted to arrange re-delivery or collection.

Incorrect Address
To ensure a seamless delivery, it is crucial that the shipping and billing details are entered correctly. We hold not responsibility for incorrect information being provided. Please know that we do not offer refunds, store credits or returns on any of our items if the details provided to us are incorrect.
When ordering, the “shipping address” is where the “item(s)/product(s)/flower(s)/hamper(s)” will be delivered to and the “billing address” is your details, as the sender.

Post COVID-19 Pandemic, The Petal Factory can deliver to Bendigo Base Hospital, Anne Caudle Campus, Bendigo Day Surgery, Bendigo Hospital Pathology Services, Bendigo Medical Centre, St John of God Hospital and many more health facilities based in Bendigo and surrounding suburbs. If your recipient is unable to receive their “item(s)/product(s)/flower(s)/hamper(s)” at the Hospital, Medical Facility or Business, the “item(s)/product(s)/flower(s)/hamper(s)” will be returned to The Petal Factory and you will be contacted. The Petal Factory can deliver to many local business locations in Bendigo and surrounding suburbs and will deliver the “item(s)/product(s)/flower(s)/hamper(s)” and will leave the “item(s)/product(s)/flower(s)/hamper(s)” with a team member or receptionist if the recipient is unable to receive items.
