FLOWERS:
Please be advised that all photos/marketing material and an example of our work and flower arrangements will be made according to seasonal availability. The Petal Factory will endeavor to recreate items as close to the image supplied however, nature can be beautiful yet unpredictable and therefore, we must work with what is available at that time.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
In the event of a displayed (photographed) item being unavailable or discontinued by the manufacturer, this item will be substituted with a product of the same nature with the same or higher value.

ALCOHOL:
Please note we will not sell alcohol as a sole purchase. It is an offence to sell or supply alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. Alcohol is not stored on premises and it is purchased directly from the supplier. We reserve the right to ask for ID from the recipient or any receiver upon delivery of any products that contain alcohol. If the ID request is refused, The Petal Factory will deliver all items except for the alcoholic item and it will be returned to the shop with the cost being refunded to the purchaser.

ALLERGIES:
Please advise us if your recipient has any flower or food allergies at the time of ordering. Although we do not take responsibility for any outbreaks/reactions that someone may have, we will take the necessary steps to remove or minimise the impact by substituting a product/item to the best of our ability.

POSTAGE
The Petal Factory offers standard postage via Australia Post or a chosen courier for selected items. Should you be seeking express or priority delivery, please contact us on 03 5443 5519 to discuss further options. Shipping and tracking details will be provided to the purchaser within 24 hours of the item being purchased and dispatched. Please be advised that if you place an order on a Friday, Saturday or a public holiday, the item will be shipped on the following business day. *Please Note; It is up to the recipient to check the tracking number that is provided with the dispatch email (be sure to check your junk). Once this item has left the workshop, it is in the hands of the courier and it is therefore the responsibility of the recipient and courier to ensure the item is received or left in a safe place.
